Ancient Walks in Kent

This event will start early in the morning,
the meeting point will be at the Coldrum Stones.
We will perform a ritual to honour the rising Sun, after this we will head into the woods, where you will be shown how to walk in a shamanic way through the forest.

Throughout the day we will stop to perform different tasks, these will include a simple cleansing and rooting exercise, basic shamanic journeying and how to work with the different energies of trees and places along
the route.

After lunch overlooking the Weald, we will make our way on to the ancient North Downs Way.

Spending time in the ancient forest we will visit a cave used for healing and walk the paths of the Adder.

Our journey will continue until we return full circle to the Coldrum Stones, where we will watch the sunset and give offerings to the spirits of this amazing place .......

This event will be Druidic/Shamanic in
essence but is open to all.......

This will form the introduction to four more walks dealing with the different elements.

The walks will take place throughout the summer
